- OBOrline BerryOct 8, 20262.0I’m honestly highly dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience today at Manhattan Bagel. This is actually one of my favorite sandwich spots, which is why I’m even more disappointed. I ordered a toasted croissant, and the croissant I was given was HARD. I’m talking so hard that I can’t even eat my sandwich with it without the bread breaking apart like a chip. I honestly believe it may have been one of the croissants that was sitting on the back counter because it already looked hard. The staff was nice, so I have nothing negative to say about them personally. But why would you serve a customer a croissant like this? If it was already hard, a fresh one should have been given instead. I really wish I had opened my food before I left because now I can’t even properly eat the sandwich I paid for. I literally have to buy new bread just to be able to eat it. I’ve always liked Manhattan Bagel, but this was really disappointing. I expect better quality than this.

While we ate our breakfast . It was delicious! It was a decent amount of sandwiches for me being pregnant. We will be back ! We will recommend the restaurant .
