My family and I were in the area and decided to try this place out. It was a big disappointment and honestly waste of money. The chef has no idea what Vietnamese cuisine is supposed to taste like. I got the vermicelli dish, the noodles were cold and was not the right texture. They didn’t bring the sauce that comes with the dish. The presentation was terrible of this dish. The pho was disgusting. Full of oil and had no flavor. The rice noodle was soggy. Pho broth should be full of flavor from all the spices from the hours of simmering it. You do not taste any of that.
They either need to replace the chef or close down. It is a disgrace of a representation of Vietnamese food. I’m sorry but this is an honest review, by far the worse place I’ve ever eaten.

Ordered delivery via UberEats and after waiting about 1.5 hours, we called to find out what was going on. Uber app said that because the restaurant was providing their own driver, we should call the restaurant for updates, so we did. The restaurant shared that they were not, in fact, providing a driver and that our order had been sitting waiting for someone to pick it up. We ended up cancelling the order, but only after Uber support called the restaurant. I’m not sure how something like this gets misconstrued, but avoid ordering from here on delivery platforms.

I used to love this place when it first opened in Glen Mills but sadly things have gone way downhill but sadly won’t be coming back. Seems like the staff did doesn’t know the food menu and being Vietnamese showing them on Google what I ordered it, they claimed they don’t have it and they order system shows something different. I ordered the Nem Neung Cuon and waited over an hour and never came. Then was told they only have Thit nuong. Then ordered the Banh Mi Dat Biet and what I got was Banh Mi Thit nuong. I did call the restaurant and spoke with Cindy who asked that I give them another chance to make it right and will be give 10% off. Came back today and ordered the same thing. Order was still wrong and took over an hour again. banh Mi dat biet came before my appetizer and it was ba Mia thit nuong and when I inquired where my Nem Neung Cuon was they said they don’t have it and only have thit nuong. Others around me were also complaining their order was wrong, Sadly gave Koy a second chance to make it right but still not satisfied. Also if you order banh mi, the ends will be completely burnt like this picture.

We were a party of 8 and we understood it would be a decent wait.
First of all, the menu is written by AI and we ordered the lava tart. It says it comes with tortilla chips, but came with shrimp chips. This is a danger to people with allergies.
It took 10 minutes to get water - we understood. Server apologized, it was no worry.
Friends ordered dr.pepper and a friend and I ordered vietnamese iced coffee. Took another 10 minutes for the server to come back to let us know they were out of dr pepper, friends got coke instead, and we never got our iced coffees.
3 ordered pho, I ordered sushi, one person got fried rice, one ordered a gluten free dish, and one ordered a noodle dish. One person tried to order a dish but they changed the menu, so they just got a meat skewer.
I ordered takoyaki and the waiter said they were out, and then they brought it out 20 minutes later and it was lukewarm. Takoyaki should be hot, not lukewarm.
The waiter came back and asked two of my friends about their orders and didn't say it back for the gluten free option. This happened multiple times for the other dishes as well...
After an hour of waiting, the waiter finally let us know they were out of steak and that the truck would be there in 20 minutes. So we decided to pay for the food we did eat and leave.
This place is poorly managed with one waiter on staff on a saturday.
Do not come here.

I moved to this area around 2 years ago and I've been enjoying the food since then. But the takeout order that I had in early May was a total waste of a Friday night. It almost feels like the chef was replaced by someone who has no idea what they are doing.
My takeout order is always house special vermicelli and the food used to be great, despite sometimes missing a few parts like the sauce or veggies in the past , but nothing too crazy.
I don't know what's going on with the restaurant and I really love this place when it served great food. Please bring the good old food back.
