I was ordering two quesadilla kids meals and that was fine, but then I was ordering an adult order for my husband and they told me I can’t order that in person only online (even though they were already making me 2 kids quesadillas) I was simply trying to ask why I can’t order in person and wouldn’t get a straight answer and was given short rude answers. They ended up ringing me up for the quesadilla in the end which I was confused by but I did appreciate, just a lot of unnecessary rude tones when I was simply asking a question and then WAS compliant on the ”online ordering of chicken quesadilla policy” that I didn’t know about and told them that. I had my kid with me too so that just made it stressful. I understand people can be rude to food service workers (I have been one) but I was simply asking a question and did not demand a policy change and just was talked to so rudely without any provocation. Girl we’re all going through things but can you not like give me ridiculous attitude when I’m just trying to order food for my family with my 2 year old 😭

The lid was smeared with the meat stains from last serving. There were hardly any forks in the counter, when asked, they found they dont have forks in the entire store and offered one spoon instead. First time, I am having such a bad experience at any Chipotle in the US. It was only 9.30 pm, they told they are closing for the day and packed my food to go.
