  Dairy Queen in Girard really needs to hire some friendlier people. The attitude from some of the employees is honestly disappointing. A little kindness and better customer service would go a long way!

  Place needs an overhaul with updating! I won't go through the drive thru because of the pavement where the window is. Ever going to get thay fixed? Everyone working always looks so miserable. I understand its a franchise so anything kinda goes, but the stuff people working wear, its so random. Last time I was there, the older man with glasses ordered pretzels right after I did, I dont know if he thought it sounded good, but he did that and ate them before I even got mine. Same guy took my order last time and oh my goodness hes beyond miserable. I almost wanted to apologize for even burdening him with my presence. The employees are just kinda....there. Last time I asked for a new spoon for my blizzard since the girl set the unwrapped spoon directly on the counter that everyone and their mom touches. Ive been a manager at a restaurant for 25 years and I am ServSafe Certfied and all I can say is YIKES.

  Exterior of the place is really bad. Needs a paint job and landscaping. Drive thru took almost a half hour to get our food.

  Waited 15 minutes just to order and the girl taking orders was rude. No common courtesy, and the older guy working is even more rude than them. They hate having customers in swear. Wrote this whole review in line waiting i had that much time on my hands.
