- MMMoonChild2 days ago1.0This place used to be the best and staff was polite food used to be delicious. Not sure what happened recently but the food quality has declined dramatically and food has a stink to it. Calling in orders the staff doesn't understand English and something is always wrong with the order anymore. They give you a very hard time just to get your money back. Will never be back.

The new pizza recipe they are using doesn’t make my stomache hurt like other pizza shops. overall I think Monte Carlo is sky-rocketing with the new pizza and new manegar.

There is a guy always on his phone, He doesn't even know how to say hello. I can tell is a new owner. My friends and family won't shop there anymore. i hope they fix the mess…

The onions were tender and the seeded roll finished off the sandwich perfectly. We have had a lot of cheesesteaks but this was like two in one packed with meat. Crazy good!
- DMDerek MoserJul 25, 20261.0Ordered food online and took an hour to get food. Walked into pick up at time said to be done and the only item done was a pizza. It was like they forgot the rest of the order. All together ordered a large pizza two wraps and a cheesesteak. While waiting in the store the phone wasn’t ringing like they were busy nothing. Not sure what took so long to get the food. The pizza was all but cold like you could tell it was sitting for a while cheesesteak was dry and room temp at best, the first wrap and fries were just flat out cold, the second wrap was actually warm. All in all this was the first time there and will absolutely be the last time ordering food here.
