- VSValerie StrunkJul 24, 20261.0I am very disappointed with my delivery order. The driver did not follow delivery instructions. she left the bags at a door we don't use. I am 70 years old & had to carry the heavy bags half way around the house. Also, 3 items were substituted. I did not receive an email to approve substitutions. I received 3 thing that I won't use. They also were more expensive than my original items. I tried to contact Giant by Live Chat. It didn't work. Asked to a phone call. 2 hours later - no call back. There is no option to cancel my tip & rate my driver. My order cost more than expected. I am very, very disappointed!
