I placed a mobile order at the Dunkin’ in Gibsonia, and when I got to the window, the employee asked me for payment even though I had already paid through the app. While I was trying to figure out what was going on, another employee came to the window and asked me what was wrong because she said I was “looking at her,” which felt very rude and unprofessional.
Then, when I received my food, my sandwich had cheese with the paper still on it. That is completely unacceptable and concerning from a food safety standpoint.
Unfortunately, this is not the first issue I’ve had at this location. The staff are consistently rude, and the service is poor. I understand mistakes happen, but between the attitude from employees and the food preparation issue, this was a really disappointing experience.

It’s like these people do not have a work ethic or the manager of this place has no incentive to serve customers you want a black coffee? That will be a 15 min wait. I mean look I get it, it’s Dunkin’ Donuts but most of the time they are fast. This Dunkin’ Donuts is like a Sunday afternoon. Slow and long. If you want something here cut out at least 20 minutes of your day and that’s just after you place your order.

I went to this location for a long time before I finally decided to get my coffee elsewhere. This location is far too busy and always have only 1-3 staff members working. The staff are very sweet and are doing their best! The location is too small for the customer base. If you park and go in, you will be waiting just as long (if not longer) than the line the wraps through the parking lot. In addition, if you park- you cannot get out of the parking lot due to the drive thru line customers being in the way. You’ll be much happier if you spend the time to drive further down route 8 to the other Dunkin or to the Starbucks.

I’m in line for 40 minutes with a mobile order and still two cars away from the window. It’s a nightmare. Never coming back.
When we got there, I was the second person in line, and somehow we still stood there for over 20 minutes with absolutely no one acknowledging us. Not a single “we’ll be right with you.” Nothing. My dad finally had to ask if they were even taking walk-ins or if it was drive-through only because we were being completely ignored.
Five minutes later, a worker finally came out, saw the line, and literally sighed like we were the problem. Two people left because the service was THAT bad. After over 30 minutes of waiting just to order, we then stood there another 10 minutes while the workers stared at us and asked why we were staring at them. Maybe because we’d been waiting forever???
Meanwhile, there were about 10 girls yelling and screaming the entire time, and no one working there seemed to care. The whole place felt disorganized and chaotic.
And after ALL that waiting, they still messed up our order. They put cheese on my bagel after we specifically asked for no cheese. I’m lactose intolerant, so that’s not just a small mistake — that actually matters.
Completely unacceptable service. A waste of time, rude staff, and careless mistakes. I absolutely do NOT recommend going here.
