  Update: kudos to the "owner" who replied to this review within 20 minutes of submitting it! UNFORTUNATELY they didn't actually take the time to read it. If they had, I don't think they would have considered this experience "top notch". Lol This is one of my favorite places to go and have never had a bad meal there. Unfortunately, I can't say that anymore because the meals that everyone in my party had, was unacceptable. Server was great but took over an hour to get our food. Prime rib was supposed to be med rare- it was well done and very dry and stringy. Filet mignon was supposed to be med- it was also well done and very dry. All 5 meals were barely warm when they came to the table. Asked the server what was going on because we had never experienced a bad meal before here. He sent the manager over who really didn't have an explanation except that it was an off day. We weren't looking for any kind of discount but she took $30.00 off our bill anyway, which was very nice of her to do. I will still go there because the food is usually very good. Hopefully there won't be anymore "off days".

  Best Day Ever. I turned 30 Today, and it's really been great to have my family in the restaurant to eat together and staff are awesome. On top of that, They gave me a Birthday Card. Thank you staff you're the best

  Can't go wrong at Outback. The food is excellent. I cannot seem to stray from the Bloomin' Onion and Victoria's Filet, but why mess with a good thing! So tasty, every time. Drinks are well made, atmosphere is nice, and there are real choices for kids meals, not just mac n' cheese and chicken tenders. A good choice all around.
