  I absolutely love coming to trails and Ales when I go to camp. The food is amazing the drinks are fantastic the service is incredible. Highly recommend this place.

  I recently visited Trails to Ales for the first time yesterday and had a very mixed experience. The food was genuinely great—everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful! Unfortunately, the service completely took away from that. Our waitress, Sarah, was rude and dismissive throughout the meal. The most frustrating part was how she would walk past and snatch our empty water glasses off the table without saying a word—no asking, no acknowledgment, just grabbing them abruptly. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was little effort to check in on us or provide even basic courtesy, while the same time we observed her having great customer service and experiences with every other patron in the establishment. It’s disappointing because the food alone would make this a place worth returning to, but the poor service really overshadowed the experience.
