I'm Matthew's wife, Jaimi Hajzus. I don't have a Google account, so I posted under Matthew, but I mostly say this because after I posted the review below, the manager accosted Matt in the store the next time he went in to get a sandwich and accused him of leaving a bad review. In front of the other customers in the store. I left the bad review, and I told her I was going to do so - after terrible food, service, and no replacement policy to speak of. So... here's the story. I ordered a couple of subs through Door Dash. I like Subway subs. The Dasher was great but the subs were completely wrong. My veggie sub was not toasted, had no cheese, was missing 4 vegetables (including lettuce..?), and they added one that I didn't order (onions, which flavor the rest of a sub). When I called Subway, the employee basically said that I'd have to get a refund through Door Dash (not possible, that's not how it works) or come in to get a new sub within 24 hours. I don't want a refund, I want a sandwich. And there's a reason I had it delivered (I'm at work!)! Ugh. There goes my lunch. Very disappointed, and so after the manager got snotty with me when I was explaining this, I finally said, "That's fine, I'll just leave you a bad review." So - she knew it was me that was upset, but accosted my husband on his lunch hour anyway like a rude child. Then... and this is new... a visitor to Franklin recently posted this (what a terrible disservice to the rest of the businesses in Franklin!): "Very first impression of Franklin, Pa: My husband and I are from out of town and had never been to Franklin. We had an appointment and were walking along Liberty St window shopping and admiring all of the cute small businesses and we ducked into a subway to use the restroom, and there was no one at the counter so I used the restroom and as I was walking out, their counter person very aggressively asked how she could help me. I said we weren’t sure if we were getting anything, and she said “these aren’t public restrooms.” I answered “I’m sorry, I’ve already used it.” She says angrily “Yeah, thanks for doing that, really appreciate it.” I don’t know if there was a “no public restroom” sign. If there was, we missed it. But holy crap-what in introduction to this small town 😳" While I'm at it, why is this the only Subway in America that doesn't honor the Subway points or any of the advertised deals?? Par for the course.
