In November of 2025, I was purchasing used furniture off of Facebook marketplace in off a place on McDade blvd. I’d just moved to Philly and needed a comfort meal so I went to the closest cfa by my pickup spot. I pulled into the drive thru and was greeted by Mohammed. He was incredibly kind, humorous, and efficient as an order taker and steward of the guest experience. The food and experience were good. And then as I settled into northern liberties and my new job with toyota I hadn’t been back to this location until today. Today I came through after a long day at work, as the end of the month is always a taxing time for my business. Again I sought after a comfort meal! I chose to dine in. I approached the counter where I saw a familiar face from many months ago, Mohammed. He had been training another employee and was doing so with grace and professionalism. After waiting my turn Mohammed offered to serve me at the nearest POS where he took my order once more. I’m not sure if Mohammed remembers serving me those many months ago, but what I found impressive about the order taking experience was that Mohammed had maintained the same upbeat demeanor and personality he displayed at my prior visit. It can be hard to maintain that level at service, i know I tried my best for five years with CFA to always keep a smile on my face when life got rough. Mohammed maintained this excellence and provided a 5 star experience, as well as a great conversation about his ambitions and career future. I believe he is an asset to this location. From his displayed respect for guests, other team members/leaders, and-very importantly-respect for the store (always tidying up when not busy and kindly delegating upkeep tasks when slow), Mohammed sets an example. The kind of example you want set in any line of work. Thank you!

I specifically asked if there was egg in the salad because I wanted the added protein. The 2nd time I ordered a 12 count grilled chicken nugget with fruit and a diet soda and received a 12 count regular chicken nugget. No fork for the fruit. Specifically asked for grilled it said it on the ticket and received fried. Why specify if youre going to give me whatever you want?
