  Absolute worse store for online shopping. Just got the message they are starting my order along with messages regarding 5 items they are out of. How can this be? Plus items were on sale and they are out of stock. Several times never got my orders. Was even told there are no staff to deliver orders. Just unbelievable.

  I am extremely disappointed with how my birthday cake order was handled today. I placed an online order this morning for my son’s 10th birthday cake, trusting that it would be ready as scheduled. After 1:00 p.m., I received a notification that my order had been canceled. The reason I was given was that the bakery’s printer wasn’t working and they already had too many orders for the weekend. What is most upsetting is that no one called to discuss any alternatives before canceling my order. A simple phone call could have made all the difference. I would have gladly accepted a handwritten cake, a different design, or any reasonable substitute. Instead, the decision was made to cancel my order without giving me any opportunity to keep it. I was even told there were ten orders ahead of mine, so mine was being canceled. If the bakery has a limit on the number of orders it can fulfill, there should be a cutoff so customers aren’t allowed to place orders that cannot be honored. Accepting orders only to cancel them hours later is incredibly frustrating and unfair. Now it’s too late for me to order a custom birthday cake anywhere else, and my son is the one who will be disappointed on his 10th birthday. As a loyal customer who shops at Acme regularly, I was excited to use the convenience of online ordering because I was working today. Instead, I was left scrambling at the last minute because of circumstances that were completely outside of my control. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I hope Acme reviews how situations like this are handled in the future so that other families don’t experience the same last-minute stress and disappointment, especially when celebrating such important milestones.

  To the owners of Acme Markets I'm texting your place of business to make you awear that I'm a dissatisfied customer. My wife has brought two chicken pot pies from your place of business and the two pies didn't have any chicken in them, also they was filled to full level. For the price that food cost the customer today there shouldn't be a problem with us getting are monies worth.

  HORRIBLE!!! I placed a pick up for 8-9 pm pulled in the parking lot at 7:55 only to get a text at that very moment saying it was delayed!! Listen things happen but why wait till 5 minutes before it's ready to let me know! I went in the store to see how long before it was done and the Manager Frank didn't even know nor did he care!! I suggested they take their time and deliver it later and his response was I can just cancel it!! The last time I ordered, I did delivery and the driver kept 3 gallons of my milk!! I guess pick up is not any better! Do better Acme and Frank!!!
