However, this location cannot seem to get it right. Consistently, I am served undercooked non-crispy, flimsy doughy pizza. I don’t know if they’re always in a rush or if there’s a problem with the ovens, but after reading other reviews and seeing that the quality matches my experience, this cannot be a consumer issue. This is in fact a Folcroft Pizza Hut issue. I don’t know what needs to change, but for anybody who ever thinks or reminisces about Pizza Hut do not come to this location expecting to get your fix.

I ordered a regular pepperoni and sausage pizza and the whole pizza was so soggy and raw it was unbelievable I wouldn’t even fed that to my dogs. I hope they never gave anyone else a pizza like that, these workers suck and don’t care who they get sick. Last time I went in there nobody came up to the counter to even see what I wanted they all just standing there w AirPods in like I didn’t even exist. I would give yal 0 stars if I could this place needs to be shut down.
