  New management, same terrible service and disgusting pizza. On two occasions I ordered pizza via the mobile app. Both times I arrived after the time it said the food would be ready and I STILL had to sit in the lobby for 20+ minutes. Pizza is awful and somehow they managed to mangle it in the box before I even left the store. Just awful all around.

  Jacob is the heart and soul of Pizza Hut. He makes amazing pizzas, has amazing customer service skills, and is a loyal person. He is honest, but kind. Jacob deserves a raise and honestly deserves to be the manager if he isn’t already.

  i had i miscommunication thru the system when order my food online for delivery so it focused me to come in the store to solve the problem. Any service was great store clean and look like the shift manager runs the facility the right way. Thanks Morgan

  So is it a new policy for pizza hut tongue to customers on the phone. I placed an order for take out and i was told 15 min, even before I said what I wanted, which was odd in itself. When I got there, no one to be seen and phone ringing constantl6. After about five minutes a young kid came out and was waiting for him to address me as he was doing something on the computer. He looks up at me annoyed and shrugs expecting me to have alreadybstayed what I wanted. I told him my name and he mentioned they had not even started my orser 25 minutes after ordering having been told 15 minutes. I say I can not wait an additional 15 minutes of which he gets annoyed. Luckily I had not paid yet.

  This Pizza Hut is under new management. These people are working hard to bring back that Pizza Hut that we all grew up with. They seem to have a great work ethic. They reopened for dine-in. They cleaned the place up. They're currently working on fixing some issues the old management left. They have QR codes that you can fill out a request form to bring back the buffet. They have great aspirations and I look forward to returning again really soon.
