  Didn’t have anyone to fill balloons. One employee said to another that they could do it and did it yesterday but didn’t want to.

  Always has what I need on the shelves. Easy checkout and always has plenty of checkout registers open…especially when it’s crowded.

  Lots of healthy frozen meal choices (except Amy's like lasagna and others, which is a mistake). Also missing good choices on frozen berry blends without strawberries (just blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries). This sounds trivial, but it's not. Strawberries take up the bulk of the bag and don't mix well in breakfast yogurt parfaits. They're too big. Wyman's has these without strawberries.

  I was astonished by how rude the cashier, on lane 2 spoke to me this morning. No “good morning” instead she shook her scanner at me, scolding me to “leave that heavy stuff in the cart!” As I held a 12 pack of Diet Coke and tried to make sense of what she was upset at me for - She repeated herself “Leave that heavy stuff in the cart!” I said ok, Probably looking confused. She then mumbled to the customer she was in the process of checking out, saying “ugh you try helping somebody” while shaking her head. I then said, “ma’am, it’s the way you spoke to me but no problem” The cashier is a small elderly woman so I let it slide with a smile. I will be shopping elsewhere. Terrible experience.

  The lady at the hot foods counter was so nice and extremely helpful. I had boycotted and called the better business bureau on this Giant due to an incident with two cashiers a few years ago. I think it might be time for me to come back.!
