Waited outside at drive through for 10 minutes no one around. Decided to go in. Waited for 15 minutes only for the child behind the counter with the awful ink to be incredibly rude. Hands me my kids ice cream with ice cream all around the outside wouldn't give me any sauce for their fries. I will not be going back. The kitchen looked filthy there was water or something. All over the floor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was way more money than I thought for ice cream, fries and 3 drinks and the service was the worst I've ever had anywhere.

Never visit this location at night. Neighborhood kids play in the drive thru and kick balls between cars. The staff at night are honestly the rudest people I’ve ever seen at a drive thru. When I ordered my meal with a large Coke Zero and I got clearly something else the guy at the window gave me a look that said “ I don’t care here’s your drink”. During the day the staff is very friendly.

Went to McDonald’s around 2AM and there was literally a car sitting in the drive-thru with employees answering the speaker, but they immediately said “we are not taking any orders.”
What makes this worse is that both Google and the McDonald’s app clearly list this location as open 24 hours Friday–Saturday. If the restaurant is closed, update your hours instead of wasting customers’ time and gas late at night.
The lack of communication and customer service was honestly frustrating. Having employees there but refusing service while advertised as open is unacceptable.

I just want to shout out the manager that was working lunch shift on 5-4-24 (Black Male) there was a server error with the App, where I submitted my mobile order and got some error code that it never went through so I placed it again to find out that I placed it twice and got charged twice. I went ahead and canceled the one, but the first order I submitted could not be found by your team, even though I was charged for it. The manager ended up taking care of me with no issues. Just want to give some positive feedback on how the situation was handled
