  Today I went to this Dunkin store and the customer service has been going down hill over last however many months. I regularly stop through this Dunkin with my family spending upwards of 30.00 dollars. NOT ANYMORE. The service and quality of my order is wrong way to frequently. I ask for less ice and all my Matcha Latte has what looks like extra ice picture attached. I also asked for mediums and got smalls. The guy at the window who is Indian acts like he has no customer service skills! I rarely if ever write poor reviews because I worked in the food industry for years. Do yourself a favor and just drive to the next location either in Bensalem or right on Bustleton Ave.

  I just ordered banana royal from this location via uber eats and I clearly picked no almonds and no cherry but they still put almonds and cherry in it I don't have any allergies but still read the order guys person who made my uber eats order didn't see what to put and what not to put and also I asked to put some napkins they didn't even put that in bad service

  We always have a large-ish order. The crew here had us out of the door in minutes. It’s usually a 10min wait when we get a box-o-joe. Parking is a little tight.

  This Dunkin is so consistent! My coffee always tastes amazing, and the service is great every time. I really appreciate knowing I can come here and always get exactly what I’m expecting. Definitely one of my favorite locations! ☕😊
