  Had a great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The food was fresh, flavorful, and filling, with plenty of options to customize the meal. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a convenient and satisfying place to grab a meal, and I would definitely come back again.

  I live in Feasterville so I’ve been to the Chipotle on Horizon blvd as well as the one in Bensalem and the Feasterville Chipotle for me has always been the most consistent in the quality of service, food and cleanliness so much so that I’m disappointed when I got to one out of town.

  Ordered a bowl and asked for double chicken wasn’t worth the half spoon) added guacamole. Wanted a small soda and chips. They charged me $27.00 handed me a large cup and said they didn’t have small cups. I asked for a receipt and they said the machine wasn’t printing them out?? I get out to the car and had a chip which were extremely stale so took them back. I have no idea how it was that much money?? I’ll never go back there!!

  Health and food safety complaint! We order from this location for our office every Tuesday. Almost every time, something is off: they either add items we didn’t order or leave out part of our order entirely. We stayed quiet until today, when they sent us spoiled food. We opened only two bowls, and both smelled like the food had come straight out of a trash can. When we called to complain and asked the manager to smell their ingredients - specifically the guacamole - I kid you not, the manager said, “I’m not a slave!” And mind you, I am a woman of color myself, and I would never expect a manager, instead of owning their mistake, to play the slavery card. I went to the store in person after that, and it was the same thing. No apologies, no owning the mistake - even when I pointed out that people buy this food for their kids as well, and kids can’t tell when food has gone bad and will just eat it. We are filing a health and food safety complaint today. Enough is enough. Teach your team to do their jobs properly. And let’s stop pulling the race and slavery card every time we make a mistake and have no real explanation for it. It’s a shame!!!

  Ordered lunch for the office, imagine how I felt when we opened the food and the rotten smell went all over the office. The food was spoiled. Called the manager and instead of an apology got lectured how not to be upset…
