  I shop here for convenience and for some name brand products, but overall somewhat high on prices. Lacks scales for judging amount of fruit / produce selected. Often out of plastic bags for fruit and produce. Many pre- packaged produce, like cut lettuce and cokeslaw are allowed to develope condesation and already discoloring or going bad. Poor cheese selection.

  Customer service is really a bummer here. From the snappy attitude and lack employees here, it seems they are unhappy there.

  The store itself is great. Clean, well-stocked, big aisles. BUT there is never anyone working there! Just moved to the area and have been to this store about ten times, all different times of the day. The checkout lanes are NEVER open. They force you to use the self checkout, which says "15 items or fewer". So if you want to buy 16 items, you are out of luck! The only lane that's ever open is the beer lane, but it will take you twenty mins to check out because there's always a ton of people in this line (because no one else is open). The customer service desk is almost always closed. If you want anything from the meat department, you have to ring the bell. They are ALWAYS in the back and not waiting to serve customers. Some times they don't come out at all. It's super obvious the store is entirely under staffed. I prefer ACME and keep hoping this store will change but very close to cutting my losses and moving my business down the road to Giant.

  It's clean and well stocked You have to know how to shop to get deals You need to buy the sales I always scour for marked down fresh items & meat
