Food was good.Server must have been having a bad day or over worked.Left waiting. For drinks,food,plates. Follow up. Server didn't seem to be with it. Sad to see this drop in service this was one of the reasons we stopped going to the bad Bensalem location.(which had bad service and bad food) oh yah bring a coat with you poor air conditioner locations blowing on top of you.( Which i did inform staff) Didn't see or here from the manager.
Went here on a Friday night. The staff was superb but the food isn't much to write home about. I ordered the Kingsland Steak and Shrimp Pasta. The shrimp tasted great, but some of the noodles were uncooked and stiff in the middle. I ordered my steak as a medium. My steak was overcooked, and when I inquired about having it redone they made a fresh plate on the house. The second plate was much better and even the seasoning was better overall. The rest of my party felt okayish about their food, but did enjoy the drinks. Overall this was a pretty expensive, middling experience. While I'm not sure I would jump to come back to Outback, I do commend the staff for being so friendly and kind the entire time.

I’m writing to report a repeated issue at one of your locations, as this is now the second time I’ve experienced poor service and billing problems. I regularly visit Outback Steakhouse in Bensalem and have never had any issues there, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
During my recent visit, I was initially charged $43 for two orders when I arrived to pick up my food. The staff acknowledged the mistake, deleted the order, and recharged me $32, which aligns with what I typically pay for my usual order (a 6 oz entrée with an extra chicken breast). However, when I received my food, the portion was incorrect—I was given a smaller chicken breast than what I ordered.
Additionally, when I requested a receipt confirming that the original $43 charge was refunded, I was not provided with any documentation. As a result, it appears I was charged both $43 and $32, which is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, my food was supposedly ready at 4:10 PM, but I did not leave until 4:35 PM. During this delay, the manager came outside but did not acknowledge the inconvenience or offer any form of apology or resolution.
This lack of professionalism, combined with repeated billing errors, is extremely disappointing. I expect better service and clearer communication, especially as a returning customer. I would appreciate someone looking into this matter and ensuring appropriate corrective action is taken.

NOT OUR USUAL EXPERIENCE!
My wife and I have dined at this location more than a handful of times. The service is usually excellent. Unfortunately the service did not meet our expectations this time.
I will start out with a positive the food as usual was good and priced Right.
The service really lacked this visit. I received my salad in a timely manner. I would have liked my soda with my salad but unfortunately the soda did not come until I was just about halfway through finishing my house salad. It took quite some time to have our drinks and the bread delivered to our table. The second issue of the service was the check discrepancy on the little electronic kiosk at the table. First we were charged for a table game when we never even played one, that was taken off but we wonder how many people this happens to and they don't even notice. We both ordered the same three course meal the 8 oz sirloin. One we noticed was priced a little higher. When we asked the waitress about it she said it was because the rice is a premium side. Come to find out I was correct after checking the menu the rice is not a premium side. Once this was pointed out she said it was because of the toppings on the mashed potatoes. Which is it was it the rice or was it the toppings on the mashed potatoes? I find it a little strange that me the customer knew the menu better than the actual server. The last thing that we were unhappy with we decided to take our cheesecske home to go. We even waited 10 minutes even after our check was paid for in order for that cheesecake to be brought out. I didn't know the reason for these delays this evening because compared to past experiences it really wasn't that crowded.
We usually receive excellent service at this restaurant unfortunately it just did not live up to that this visit.
