  I’m a frequent Giant Direct customer and have always tried to be patient and understanding, even when orders have been incorrect, items were missing, or expired food was included. Today’s experience, however, was disappointing because of how I was spoken to by an employee named Justina. I was picking up my order during my lunch break while working from home with both of my young children in the car. A previous employee had actually suggested parking closer to the front of the store because it made the walk shorter and “helped them out,” so that’s what I did. Before anyone even came outside to look for my vehicle, I received a phone call from Justina telling me I needed to move immediately because I wasn’t in the designated pickup area. I politely explained why I parked there and that I was trying to be considerate and helpful, but the way Justina spoke to me was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I completely understand store policies and would have had no issue moving if asked kindly. Customer service and tone matter, especially with loyal customers who are trying to cooperate. The interaction could have been handled much more professionally.

  Went in there about two weeks ago. I asked him if they can get me a particular sausage that they don't carry, but they do buy other things from the same company, they said, let me take your name and number and I will get back to you, naturally I never heard from them again.
