  If I didn’t get ripped off today….. Will not be returning to this store, this is my go to place but today I bought a burrito and the girl used half a spoon of rice and the smallest protein amount. My burrito looked half the size it usually looks. Not sure if it’s a budget thing or portions got smaller overnight (train your staff better if that isn’t the case). I was still hungry after i finished the whole thing and i usually eat half of a burrito.

  Been to this location a couple times before, this time I ordered for delivery to my home. Delivery took FOREVER… we got our food over TWO HOURS after ordering so it was no longer fresh. We were also told that it wouldn’t be re-made. Called customer service about reimbursement when paying with a gift card as we were possibly going to cancel - said they couldn’t reimburse back to the gift card but could send ONE “free entree reward” which was fine but we had to ask for it. Which by the way we ordered two bowl entrees and a side of guacamole totaling $30 (so 1 free entree does nothing for the whole order). When we were on the phone we finally got an update about the delivery driver picking it up the order so we decided to go through with it. After two hours we finally received our order just for it to be made INCORRECTLY. I got beans and sour cream when that wasn’t even on my bowl order. This is the worst experience I’ve had at any chipotle, actually food place ever. Not happy whatsoever.

  The workers and manager are so hardworking, clean and friendly, I eat here everyday for lunch and it is a peak chipotle. I will continue to eat here everyday!

  The food is cold. Chipotle years ago got in trouble for food poisoning because their meat wasn’t cooked enough - guess they never made improvements from that. I don’t understand how the meat comes out of those bins lukewarm. I’ll add that the servers are very nice and work hard, but the order pickup food often sits behind the counter and they bring it out 5-10 at once, so you could be waiting for your food and it’s cold once you get it.

  I ordered a burrito bow and when i asked for black beans, the worker scavenged around a tub full of bean juice just to fish out a couple of measly beans. Same thing with the chicken, almost like they are rationing their food for an upcoming famine. When i asked for double corn salsa, both scoops added up to MAYBE one normal scoop of corn salsa. Absolutely insane.
