  I knew I shouldn’t have come back. The only reason I did was cause it’s right across where I workout. 2nd time in a row they skimp out on the portions. I wait until they give me the singular portions and ask for double after. Again they scoop not even half of a single portion as “double.” Then, I even messaged chipotle through their chat. The guy said he was gonna was gonna verify it and then just ended the conversation and left. What happened to this place for real?! If this isn’t false advertising, I don’t know what is. Also to the owner who responded, why would I go to chipotle for feedback when you guys left the conversation💀

  I’ve avoided Chipotle for awhile due to all the local ones near me never cooking their chicken correctly. This location however was great and it was one of the best bowls i’ve had in awhile.The staff was very nice and even gave me a queso card a future visit. Definitely coming back!

  At the Exton location the Chips are always stale and chicken is hit or miss. This last time a couple pieces tasted uncooked. Guacamole tasted very off as well. Of course Chipotle sends you to a Chatbot who felt a coupon for a free drink would be the answer. I buy lunch from Chipotle 2-3 times a week. It’s s”frustrating dealing with the food quality issues and only a chatbot to try to help. Too expensive to risk getting barely edible food any longer.

  Yooo this food was bomb!!! The guacamole was ight but the service was excellent. And bro the tortillas were to die for. 5/5 would recommend.

  Been to this location a couple times before, this time I ordered for delivery to my home. Delivery took FOREVER… we got our food over TWO HOURS after ordering so it was no longer fresh. We were also told that it wouldn’t be re-made. Called customer service about reimbursement when paying with a gift card as we were possibly going to cancel - said they couldn’t reimburse back to the gift card but could send ONE “free entree reward” which was fine but we had to ask for it. Which by the way we ordered two bowl entrees and a side of guacamole totaling $30 (so 1 free entree does nothing for the whole order). When we were on the phone we finally got an update about the delivery driver picking it up the order so we decided to go through with it. After two hours we finally received our order just for it to be made INCORRECTLY. I got beans and sour cream when that wasn’t even on my bowl order. This is the worst experience I’ve had at any chipotle, actually food place ever. Not happy whatsoever.
