We've never had an issue that wasn't immediately and successfully followed up on. The general manager is often present and actively working with the team and interacting with customers. I went in yesterday for dinner and asked if they had a teacher appreciation week special. The server taking my order responded with a huge smile and a thank you as she added the discount. It really made my day!
