  The worst experience. I've been eating Cal tort for years, this location and trip was the WORST. Immediately upon receiving tacos they were already completely mush. Mesquite chicken is not the same, covered in a weird different sauce that made everything into slop. Couldn't even eat the tacos as they literally just disentigrated upon picking up. Taste and quality is way down. Most flavors were out on drink machine, is it that hard to check and refill? No napkins (and it was only 1pm) Won't return to this location.

  Food as good but the cleanliness of the restrooms an overall place is awful. Floor was dirty it was sticky, restroom floors were sticky, could tell he was not cleaned in a long time and no paper towels.

  This used to be one of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch, but the last time I stopped by the quality had declined so much that I’ll never be back. They used to use fresh chicken breast, but this time it was gross processed looking dark meat chicken. I basically spent $50 on meals for two people and threw everything in the trash. The rice and beans and sauces all seemed to have changed for the worse as well. Even the chips were greasy and too salty, and the queso was basically water so literally nothing was even edible. Really disappointed.

  I got Queso was basically water. I bought 2 large Queso and Chips with 2 extra queso dips spent close to 30 bucks. It was so bad I had to throw it out. They offered me a 10 dollar coupon if I downloaded an app to make up for it total bs. I want my money back. The employee I called told me because I waited a few hours to eat it it was liquid, queso doesn't become liquid if it sits it gets firm thanks for the cross examination. Awful waste of money. I used to go all the time not anymore.

  Absolutely the worst service ever. Stood there waiting for an employee to take my order while they were screwing around in the back instead of taking care of customers. I had to yell at the top of my lungs just to get someone’s attention to be served. I will never go there again. Get better employees and managers. Zero stars.
