  Food was absolutely amazing! Service was great! 100/10. Also lily and supervisor red were amazing!

  Terrible Service!!! We ordered on ***THEIR*** website and it said it would be here in an hour. A half an hour later I look and the time is updated to another half an hour. So I keep an eye on the estimated time just to make sure everything was going smoothly. This was after midnight and I assumed they were just busy. So after about another 25 minutes as I'm looking at my phone and updates and adds another hour to the time estimate and at this point nobody has picked up our food. So at this point in total it's about an hour and a half. My wife calls them and they say oh yeah that's a doordash problem 🙄 and that nobody picked it up probably because we didn't put a tip on the bill!!! First off I feel like I have to say you were going to give a cash tip as we always try to do. But the bigger problem is the fact that nobody even called us and told us that nobody was going to pick up our order to deliver it. The website actually told us that they had plenty of door dashers available and somebody will be picking it up soon so we just assumed they were very busy. But what made everything worse was the fact that the lady said she couldn't refund anything or do anything for us unless we really wanted her to call her boss who wasn't there and that we should probably call doordash and hopefully they could refund everything for us. So my wife decided to go pick it up. They ended up never telling the door dasher and he messaged me probably a half an hour later saying he was there picking up my food!!! I said that didn't make any sense because the order should have been canceled a half an hour ago. Then I looked at the text message that took me to the website that showed me my order and it was saying they were making the food after it was supposed to be canceled!!! Now keep in mind at this point it's telling me my estimated time food arrival was about 3:00 in the morning and at this time it was already about 2:00 a.m. and the place was supposed to be closed at 1:00 a.m.!!!! Apparently according to the door dasher they gave him the food for free to eat. I'm actually glad this happened because they wasted a lot of his time too. On top of all that before my wife wanted to pick up the food she asked the lady if the food was still any good because it sat there for about an hour and a half. She said yeah I'm sure it's still good. Needless to say not only was it cold.... It was terrible and tasted like pure grease. I have no idea if the food would have been good or not if it would have been fresh. It's very unfortunate because this seems to be an ideal late night stop. I understand that everybody makes mistakes but their system is completely flawed and nobody is taking accountability. That's my biggest problem. I usually don't post bad reviews because I understand that things happen... especially in the restaurant industry. My wife and I worked in the restaurant industry for many years prior. This is just unacceptable at any level though.

  This place is always busy, but thats because the food is worth it. Staff is always completely respectful and quick to solve any issues(which have rarely happened in my many times eating here). Today, we ate in for the first time and an employee checked on us to make sure our food was good while they were slammed. Sadly they do not accept tips so we can't leave a token of appreciation for their efforts and positive attitude! Love coming here.

  I’m a truck driver and I had my son with me ordered for delivery. I did not receive half of the food. I called the store and explained that I’m a truck driver. He was giving me two options come get it or we have to issue a refund and he sounded argumentative not management material at all. The bag was soggy. The food wasn’t hot horrible place terrible management
