  The shop on peach Street has excellent service and staff..need more promotional incentives..prices are high ..

  My friends and I just stopped in at this Wingstop location. We were beyond satisfied with our experience. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was even better. We had Red serving us and she exceeded our expectations. The food took a little longer than expected but she made sure we still left hoping to return. I truly hope every time I go there, I see Red because I know how much she values customer satisfaction! Thank you Red!

  Ordered online 10pc GARLIC PARMESAN BONELESS wings, got them they ONLY had parmesan on them .. proceeded to call to tell them .. they said they were tossed in something because they have to be .. i said whatever cause they werent trying to fix the issue .. got a call saying that it was the right food after I told them it was not the right food gave my complaint/opinion online because there was no effort to fix the mistake .. to then recieve another call about my boneless wing not being what I ordered when them the only ones I eat .. she saying i ordered classic when i didnt thats how i know they didnt toss them in nothing then she said she was asking if they was classic for her higer ups because i guess they sent the complaint i put online about them to them, she said i did order classic when I already have my online order recipet for boneless .. smh.. they delusional up the on peach street .. I've ordered four separate times and twice they came plain .. so yes here I am .. writing another one !

  First off the food was really good! Which is what makes this a very disappointing experience. So I work for a company and we all ordered Wingstop for lunch a lot of us never tried it and I was excited to see what it was like. So we got our order and they messed up on one of our persons orders and we called and they said to comeback we will make it right so we sent a person to go get it which btw they didn't even start making it they got there and then started making it said it was gonna be 20 mins so already off to a bad start. Then all the employees began arguing with my coworker saying that she was wrong and they cooked the order right. I have never seen a food industry place do this ever. So she had to come all the way back and grab the food that was wrong just to show them that it was indeed wrong. I will never give money to Wingstop ever again based off this experience when you give someone the wrong order you are supposed to rectify it not argue with the customer you will not stay in business very long if you continue to do this to your customers and it will deter new customers like me from ever eating again at your restaurant. I will go to quaker state from now on where they have good wings and they actually care about the customer.

  I always enjoy the food at Wingstop, but what really keeps me coming back is the service. Red, who usually takes my order, is always super friendly and top notch. She makes the experience feel personal and welcoming every time. Great food and even better customer service.
