  Went through the drive through with others. They gave us the wrong order. Then gave us the right order with missing tacos. Went in showed the receipt and what was missing, then they gave us a bag with the missing items. In the bag we were still missing 2 tacos. One of the items had no rice too. We got 2 instead of 3 tacos with missing ingredients and paid $16. The only think they got right was the drinks. Horrible experience and was robbed of my money.

  Chalupa shell was stale, chips were stale. I couldn't bite through the edges. The center folded part of the shell was tolerable with getting softened by the sour cream and tomatoes. The ingredients seemed ok. Sooo disappointed when they screw the customer to get rid of old inventory.. Kiosks to order from were so dirty with fingerprint streaks that seem greasy . Nothing got wiped down. Bathrooms are unkept.. This one definitely doesn't have anyone that cares about the job.

  What a joke Thursday. Sat at drive thru no response. Pull up to window 3 kids listing to rap music chilling. Had to say are you open? Pathetic

  Ordered for pickup before we arrived. The order/seating area was freezing and the order took almost 30 mins from when I placed it. They gave me 4 free taco coupons for taking so long on my way out. The order was made wrong and the coupons expired 3 months ago.

  Blunt and straight to the truth. Took over 30 minutes to get 4 out of 8 items because they were forgotten, the older woman had an attitude after we brought it up giving a sarcastic smirk and stare after giving me the forgotten items. Forgot our drinks, sauces for the nuggets. Nacho fries are stale, the rest of the food wasn’t too bad, your standard Taco Bell. We won’t be missed, I understand that, but we would rather travel 20 minutes into town to the other Taco Bell. The 1 free taco coupon doesn’t necessarily make up for the service. However, props to the one employee who I assume is shift supervisor who had to be a parent at the same time to the two kids during our visit. I wish the honest best to her and that I hope she goes far.
