  Don't order delivery through their app or website. It can get stolen and when that happens taco bell doesn't refund you or do anything about it. Even though they said they would refund me and to check with my bank if I haven't received it just for my bank to tell me there was never anything initiated. So they just tell you what you want to hear to shut you up but they don't actually refund you. reached out to the app many times for assistance with getting my refund and offered proof of the delivery driver taking pictures of their hand at the time of pick up and drop off instead of the food being left at my door and proof of the delivery persons text saying they waiting an hour for my order for them to not have it and the proof of the email from the customer service specialist NICOLE about providing a refund and how I reached out for further assistance due to not receiving the refund and its now been over a month but NOW they just don't respond. TERRIBLY disappointed and pissed because it wasn't just a small amount of money that I spent for literally nothing.

  I used the Taco Bell website to order my food since they have better deals on there and you can get rewards from ordering off of it. I chose delivery since it was late and my kids were already asleep. I spent $40 on food that I waited over an hour for and it never was delivered. The delivery drive which must have been from door dash took a picture that they picked up my order and took a picture of their hand when they “dropped it off”. Nothing was outside my home my order never made it to me. So I wrote to the website that I would like a refund since $40 is a lot of money to just get stolen from you. Never heard back from anyone from the site. Which you would think if you’re reaching out directly to the site they would be prompt on getting back or contact you at all. I’m honestly mad and think very poorly of this establishment now. You don’t care that your customer are getting their food stolen from them when using YOUR SITE it’s like Taco Bell also stole from me as well since they are just keeping the money I paid for nothing in return.

  You may ask why I rated everything 5 stars except for food. Well that's because I don't think this "food" is legally considered as an edible product. I might be color blind, but I don't remember guacamole being the color of green goblins toenails. Speaking of toenails, I think your "salt" is made of it.
