  The manager Will was very kind!! We’re from out of town and had never been to Sonic before and he walked us through the whole menu. Very nice guy

  Customer service here is basically non-existent. I placed a mobile order. My app wasnt working to check in at a stall. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes. No one answered. I said hello multiple times. I just worked a 12 hour shift wanted to eat and get home. I pull into a stall to tell them I've arrived for my order. They immediately are like we will be right with you. Suuuuper annoying. They had maybe 3 cars so it's not like they were busy. Okay whatever. They finally ask what I would like. I tell them I have a mobile order that I'm unable to check in on my app and that I was at the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one answered. No apology, no concern and certainly no sense of urgency. Someone finally brings my lukewarm food and melted ice cream out. It clearly was sitting for an extended period of time. I also ordered extra Reese's in my Reese's blast and there was basically nothing in the cup. I actually stopped coming here because the service is well below standard. I haven't been here in months but tonight it sounded soooo good. Waste of time and money coming here. I'll probably never be back. I rarely leave negative reviews because I work in the service industry and I get whats it like to be busy and short staffed so I try and be very understanding. This place wasn't busy and I saw at least 4 or 5 workers. Sooooo seems like they just don't care about customer service and delivering decent product. What a shame because your in a prime location on Peach Street.

  This place needs to be demolished. I have been to this Sonic location maybe 6 times in the past year and LITERALLY 2 out of 6 times have I ever actually gotten my food. Dead serious. No exaggeration at all. One time they had a line of maybe 5 people demanding refunds because we literally never received our food. We were waiting for at least 40 minutes after they took our order and disappeared. Last time I went through the drive through and there was a massive line of cars, most of which left impatiently. I waited just to find out nobody was working the drive through. The very first time I was there this dude took my order and disappeared and I just left because I didn't have a lobby full of customers backing me up. This time people went into the kitchen and pulled someone out and demanded a refund from the manager. the only times I've actually had my food I was impressed how decent it was for how terrible my experiences have been here. WILL NEVER RETURN. DO NOT COME HERE! 0/10. Take your money elsewhere somewhere where they can actually fulfill your order you paid too much money for. I seriously wish I was exaggerating but I can't believe this place is still running.
