Oh boy, where to begin. We had high hopes. Our table was outside on the back patio, that was nice. That unfortunately was the highlight of the night. Our server was definitely odd, choosing to be smiles and kind with the men of the table but openly rude to the women. I had asked for a glass of ice water because it was a pretty warm night and the water they had at the table for us was already warm. we didnt want to complain, but you would have thought I had insulted her. Oh well. Our food.. the appetizers were okay. I personally liked the mozzarella sticks. The wine was overpriced for what it was but Eh, then after an hour or so came our dinners. Oh my god. I honestly dont know what to say. Some dinners were wrong, some meals were brought out twice.. so after waiting even longer and everyone was able to finally eat, the dinners were just meh. I mean honestly they were worse then that. I got chicken parm. I took 2 bites out of the rubbery chicken & watery pasta and decided I was good. Other then the fact it was overcooked, the flavor was gross. I did not like the sauce as it reminded me of ragu. So for me it is definitely a hard pass! Another guest with us who had the same meal also did not eat hers. The entire table was unimpressed. A few desserts were ordered. Except they didnt have the one dessert claiming they were out of whipped cream. I ordered the tiramisu. What they brought me, I wish I had taken pictures. The server says as she sits it down, "dont judge it by its looks.." blah blah it may look bad but it's amazing. Im like okay. I dont care as long as it tastes good. Well its peiced together.. I thought well thats weird. It looked like it came from the trash as I laughed to myself. But there was multiple small chunks smashed together. But what really threw me off was what was on top. Something I couldn't identify. Like a drizzle of something watery and brown. Well I decided to stick my finger in it to taste. Thank god I did. Because whatever the hell that was would have had me vomiting all over the place had I taken a bite. It tasted like rotten garbage. My fiancé stuck his finger in it as well as had the same reaction. Needless to say, we lost our appetite for dessert. Instead of waiting another 20 minutes for the server to finally make her way back out to us and continue to complain about how she's having a horrible night, my fiance decided to take it in to someone to let them know. Well, they didnt get the message apparently and brought us out another peice, this time completely swimming in whipped cream..? Who puts whipped cream on tiramisu anyway? (Wait thought they were out of that anyway 🤔) so I sat there racking my brain on what that mystery liquid could have possibly been.. rotten whipped cream in a can thats empty? I mean, maybe... but then I thought about how the dessert looked, and the service we had , and yeah.... I do know that taste was rotten!!! And it stayed it our mouths until we scrubbed our mouths that night. They never bothered to remove it from our bill, or offer. we all left with boxes, but pitched them in the trash down the street. We had a large party, and after the servers second attempt to split the bill, we just said put it on one and we all did the math for her. Sorry guys, if you actually made it this far, its a no, 0/10 would not recommend. Ohhh, one more thing.. & this may matter to you, especially if you are looking for a nice restaurant!! You have to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathrooms... yep. Someone clearly didnt plan the layout. I won't be surprised or sad to see them close within 6 months.

Serafini's is a great addition to the downtown dining scene. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and historic and the food and service were amazing as well. The lobster ravioli and Italian wedding soup were both delicious. I will definitely be back.

Had some great meals with our large table! All the adults and the kids enjoyed their food and the atmosphere. Great cocktails too! Definitely look forward to coming back as just a couple. We didn't get to experience the outdoor space but it looked awesome and the coffee smelled delicious too. Michelle K did an amazing job at attending to our needy tables!

I had the lasagna even though I knew better. No one makes it like my mom did, so I essentially set myself up to be disappointed with my meal. The rest of my group seemed satisfied with their meals. What we all really loved was the service. Top notch! I wish I would have gotten the server’s name. I’d wait just to be seated in her section. Our table never had to ask for a single thing. Her instincts were amazing. I could not imagine someone being able to do a better job than she did. The atmosphere was beautiful too.

I called ahead the day of my visit and they let me know The bar was available right away, I wanted to avoid the bar. They said I could get in in 15 min for the restaurant, I thought perfect it'll take that long to get there. Got there found I'd need to pay for parking. Not too steep and pretty easy to get it done. Inside I still had to wait 15 min. to be seated. I asked if wifi was available and they were quick to offer up the password, also I was impressed by perfectly clean restrooms and going to them I got a great look at the prep area. (Very enticing) Once seated, the service was on point. Asked for a signature dish. They have an Italian sausage with roasted peppers. I saw it plated on the way through the kitchen, it looked better than any menu could describe. I ordered it with the families wedding soup and the Caesar salad. They were fantastic. Main course: The pasta looked great so I went there first. Real sweet Italian maranera. Very sweet but all the Italian spices were there. Sausage was full flavored and it matched the peppers perfectly. I was going to try the coffee service and dessert, but I really overdid it forcing myself to finish the sausage. Final score, Hell yeah. For Italian I was impressed. Find the place try that spaghetti sauce.
