  I give this a -100 stars. I placed a delivery order and it was received by the store but when I called to check on it the employee that answered the phone was rude so I asked for her manager and she told me the same thing only because I heard the first employee tell the manager what she told me so I asked for corporates number and the manager gave me the number to the Peach St store not what I asked for. So I call the Peach St store but got the call over flow center and was told they did receive my order at the Peninsula Dr store, what all I ordered, the amount of my order, delivery time, and what debit card I used to pay with so they transfer me back to the Peninsula store and the employee tells me that the call center is lying and they can't see the stores screen. How ever if I could have reached thru the phone an throat punched both the employee and manager at the Peninsula store I sure would have that's how rude they both were. So when I called back I got the over flow center for the third time the lady also told me the same thing the other two from the call center told me then told me that it was canceled and I should receive a refund in 24 -48 hours but you took my money right away. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever dealt with and it makes me not want to order from Pizza Hut ever again. I only gave 1 star because if I didn't it wouldn't let me post my review and that crappy.

  The cashier autumn should learn to keep her comments to herself. Sausage was originally forgotten an then thrown on at pick up. Comments of motorcycles are not needed since we ride. Wont last long if remarks are made to other customers

  Never again will I order from here! Placed my order on the app, arrived a few minutes early and paid. Was told it was almost done. Sat over 20 minutes while others came in and got their pizza and left. The cashier repeatedly looked over at me waiting, yet said nothing. I finally asked where my order was and they said my order “disappeared” , yet the manager had my receipt with my order on it in her hand. I stated I wanted a refund. She said they don’t do refunds, and I can either wait for them to remake the order or give me a credit to my phone number. Horrible customer service - couldn’t have cared less.

  This unit's management/ownership outright doesn't care enough about its customers to part with a single trash-can liner. I live and work in the neighborhood and walked over to pick up; when I left a heavy rain was falling and the employee working the register denied my request for a trash bag to cover the order's cardboard boxes. Where I work I would be only too glad to give a customer a trash-can liner in the rain. The fact that this unit's management/ownership is too tight with a buck to do likewise is pathetic and deserves a bad review.
