  I ordered cheese garlic bread. I am vegetarian after earing 1-2 pc i found out on some of the bread there is a small piece of pepperoni on it. It is strictly unacceptable they are trying to brake religion and zero food handlers. Never ever go.

  I travel for work. I ordered from my hotel for 1 large pizza, gave an $8 tip to the driver online, but had to go down to the front desk to pickup my pizza. Food was great, i guess I just don't understand why the driver couldn't take the 10 second elevator ride to deliver the pizza to my door. I tipped extra for the inconvenience, 35%. I guess things are different these days.

  I just witness one of the most classless, immature, unnecessary interactions in a corporate establishment. I’ll set the scene female door dasher walks in to pick up an order. Looked like 1 or 2 pizzas and a 2 liter of pop. Fella behind the counter said do you have a pizza bag? She replied yes in the car he replied well can you go get it. Without incident she went got the bag brought it back in. He then approached the register and told her that number one the bag was not appropriate and number two he’s never seen her in “his” store before, and that the pizza would not fit in the bag. I heard her interjected that she had to take a photo of that bag and DoorDash had approved it. He again badgered this poor girl about her bag not being appropriate. She finally said are you going to give me the order and he said yes, but I’m not releasing any more orders to you with that bag. Look I understand Papa John’s has a reputation and they would like their pizza to arrive hot but this was over a bag. A bag. Sir it’s just a pizza joint and you are the one causing the pizza to get cold by holding it hostage over A BAG. I do not know who that employee is. I don’t know if he was an employee or a manager, but he was completely out of line. He made a very simple experience, uncomfortable for not only the poor DoorDasher but myself so much so that I left without ordering. I don’t know who is in charge of hiring at the store, but I feel that they need to do a better job, maybe check that whoever they hire doesn’t have mental illness because this exchange was not normal. I don’t even want to imagine how he would react over something important, something that matters if that’s his reaction to a pizza bag.

  Skimping like crazy on the toppings every time. There will be like 1 mushroom per slice. Ridiculous.
