  My husband and his cousins visited this location on 5/13 around 10 PM. They ordered food and requested water cups through the kiosk menu. As soon as they received the cups, an employee told them they ‘better get water because we know for a fact you guys aren’t going to.’ After they sat down, another employee approached them asking who was going to pay for the drinks, despite them only getting water. The repeated accusations and suspicious treatment were uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since they had a 12-year-old family member with them. My husband and his cousins are Nepali, and the interaction felt targeted enough that it raised concerns about possible racial profiling. At minimum, the staff’s behavior toward paying customers was inappropriate.

  Instead of trying to get orders off the screen to make times look better, they should keep the orders on screen long enough to make sure customers get their whole order. I had to ask for my drink cups as well as my happy meal and got attitude for asking for the food and drinks that I paid for.

  Lady in dt wasn’t very nice had a bad attitude when we were nice to her. Manager was helpful so thank you there. Otherwise I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and there is no egg on it :( and my food was not even wrapped and was falling out into the bag. Super sad
