The worst Erie location. Anymore we go to interchange location bc we do not like this one but it was late and this one was closer. Tonight, ordered on mobile app and picked up via drive thru. Happy meal missing 6 piece nugget. I ended up giving my child my 4 piece. As I was finishing my McDouble, a piece of black plastic was suddenly in my mouth. That is what is making me finally leave a review, the plastic. My husband is the one who picked up the order. He said he waited at window 2 witnessing the employees just standing around doing nothing for a few minutes but then finally making the order. Before McDonald's responds with a link to give feedback since that seems thats all they ever do with reviews now, I already filled it out. I don't even care if this is resolved for myself. I just hope nobody else has nearly eaten plastic.

Pulled up to the 2nd DT lane and was told “one moment” then the girl proceeded to help FOUR other vehicles in the other lane after me saying “hello??” each time. Finally was able to pull away and into Mobile Pickup #5 spot. Placed my order at 6:58 PM. Was notified my order was done by 7:08. Watched 2 people take out trash and an additional sit on the curb and smoke with a line wrapped around the building while I still sat waiting. Finally at 7:20 and hearing my toddler cry for 23 minutes, I went inside to witness a girl touching my fries without gloves. 4 minutes pass and she’s finally about to take my order out, which I said “that’s mine if it’s for 5.” She said “uh yup” and rudely placed it down. This is when I finally lost it. Suggested shutting down the 2nd lane and expressed what happened. Girl said “yeah well we can’t do that and only have 1 girl doing drive thru.” Ma’am, I was in the food industry for over 15yrs and 8 of those years involved drive thrus. You have enough staff, they are just smoking, sitting in your lobby eating, and 2 people doing a 1 man job. Asked for the managers name (Mike btw), he looked at me and kept walking. Grabbed my stuff and got to my car, drove half a mile until my kid asked for their apple juice, which apparently didn’t make the bag. Walked in and a nice younger kid with awesome curly hair apologized for everthing and gave me 2. He wasn’t even the “manager” by the way, so kudos to SOMEONE apologizing. Got home and realized the two Dr Peppers looked like tea, but absolutely was not tea and was basically just soda water, and I didn’t get the extra fries in the 6pc happy meal. I am not one to bash because I get it but it was literally one thing after another. By the time I even got to enjoy my (now cold) food, an hour passed since I first pulled into that driveway and I live less than a mile away.
