- SWStacey Weber3 days ago1.0There were no cars in from of me in thee drive-thru. There were, however, two cars at the curb beyond the drive-thru and two in the spaces for curb pick up and drive-thru waiting. They had me pull over there, too. The people at the curb left and were replaced by other cars. After 20 minutes, I was the in the only vehicle left. I went in and asked the only person nearby for a refund. She told me she was working and couldn't help me. I asked for her to call someone else, and she said, "In case you haven't noticed, but they're all working, too." Then she yelled to the back, "This person here wants a refund." Another girl came up and tried to get me a refund, but couldn't make the register come up with the same amount I was charged. Apparently, I was charged a la carte instead of as a value meal. I won't be back.
