  I really enjoy coming here when I need a sandwich fast. The service is incredibly quick, and they are never stingy with the ingredients, which makes for a satisfying lunch. The bread is always fresh, and the vibe in the shop is energetic and fun. It is a reliable, no-nonsense spot that consistently delivers quality, and I appreciate that I can always count on them for a quick bite that tastes great.

  After a family vacation, we decided to get some food before we returned home. It was 8:25 and I realize this is close to closing time. However, the employee (male) was taking the trash out and locked the door as I was walking up, and looked at me and acted as if he didn’t see me. I proceeded to go through the drive thru as I believe they wouldn’t close that early. I then pulled up to the window to see this man taking more trash out and then went to grab some of the sliced meat for my sandwich and started to put on gloves but then threw them on the counter and grabbed it with his bare hands (WHEN HE WAS JUST DISPOSING OF AND REMOVING TRASH). This was not my favorite thing ever none the less it is what it is. He then was cussing to his coworker about how rude I was to have came late (30 minutes before closing time). I also found multiple (2) hairs in my food. Not the greatest experience ever. I try not to leave a bad review on individuals and noting I arrived later and close to closing time. But I found it unacceptable for his behavior and wanted to leave a review.

  First time ever ordering at Jimmy John's. My 7 year old gave it a 13 out of 10. I will be getting this again.

  I placed an order for delivery hoping for a quick and easy lunch, but it was a complete disaster. It took way longer than they promised for the food to arrive, and when it finally did, my sandwich was completely wrong and the bread was soggy. It felt like nobody really cared about the quality of the meal or getting it to me on time. I ended up just throwing most of it away, and it was definitely not worth the money I spent.
