- DHDave Hopkins6 days ago1.0Waited in line for nearly 15 minutes just to order. ( one person in front of me ) ( one item on the screen ) Then when it’s my turn staff instantly goes “ I’ll be with you when I can” and they then go and walk back and forth without doing anything. Then I’m guessing the manager person comes back from taking out trash and takes my order. Staff is NOT friendly and seems like taking care of the customers is an annoyance to them. Staff has friends walk up ask for drinks ( without paying ) and they get it instantly made. Then gives away items again to mall worker that walks up and asks for donuts. Then after 8 more minutes of waiting goes “ what did you order or waiting on?” Then quickly makes my drink. What good is the remodel or redesign when the same issues persist?
- JHJake HarperAug 22, 20261.0Something is always broken here now. Last week it was the espresso machine, this week the card reader doesn’t work. Seems like they’re more in the business for customer inconvenience than customer service.
- PHPaul HiroskyAug 6, 20261.0I’ve never left a review on anything before because I’ve never felt the need but the service was genuinely horrible. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience I’ve ever had. I’ve worked at a different Dunkin like 2 hours away and we would never tell a customer “no” if they want to change their order especially if they haven’t even paid yet. That is exactly what I experience when trying to get a simple drink and I misspoke.
- JBJason BaltesAug 6, 20261.0Long wait times. Employees were quite unfriendly and seemed annoyed
- LLeo ***Aug 5, 20261.0two younger guys got mad when i told them they charged me for two drinks when i only wanted one insisted that i asked for two, got mad when i said i hadn’t i know there was a line, i work the service industry too, i get it. but damn
