  the store manager refused to remake my drink and stated that he would lose profit .He had no care for customers & he was very rude. I left that store mad. - later that afternoon i went to another store placed a mobile order for food , asked if they knew the managers name at the upper Peach ST location so that i can file a formal complaint , they said his name is Richie and that they had several other people complain about him. The store manager at 5624 peach made me a new drink for free & i will highly recommend that location to everyone .

  Just whent on the drive thru and the window was slammed close 2 times . Just wish they would understand that that its early in the morning and they have can make or break someone's day they should at least smile

  Usually I would give 5 stars as I go to this specific location after work often, but I didn’t get my usual girl (red braids literally the sweetest person) and whoever I got wasn’t exactly pleasant. We had a mobile order, we’ve gotten the same drink multiple times and it’s become one of my fiancé and i’s favorites. We ordered our usuals and I added chocolate cold foam this time. I want to give this girl the benefit of the doubt as we just got off work (in retail) and people were abnormally rude today. We grabbed our drinks and left, realizing after we left that our order was completely wrong. Chocolate cold foam was missing, and the drinks tasted nothing like they always do. Usually I would have just sucked it up but today was really rough and I needed a pick me up. We went back through the drive through and apologized, but asked if we could have our drinks fixed. She did, they were exactly the same except the foam was fixed, but we said it was fine because she looked like she was going to eat us. We’re going to try again, but will likely go to a different location going forward.

  They closed the lobby 5 hours early and when I called to see if drive threw was open the girl with the glasses kept picking up and hanging up
