My mild salsa was 90% water and leaked into the other tray compartments. Very disappointing because usually they are spot on at all locations. I think I will stick to 12th street going forward.

Went through the chipotlane for pickup, and went home. Upon opening, I find all of my ingredients, excluding my tomato MILD salsa. Replacing it, was sadly the hot salsa. Aka I cannot eat it. I check the lid, it’s was depicted as what I order on the label. We take the entire bowl back, and ask for what’s on the label. My boyfriend explains how I got hot salsa instead of tomato, and that we would like it remade. The employee obliges, no fuss. Good news, they left out the hot salsa this time. Bad news, they also forgot the mild tomato salsa. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with mobile orders from this location.

- DBDerek BirdApr 29, 20261.0Noticed they had a drive thru and thought I’d give it a shot, pulled into a parking spot and ordered through the app. My pickup time was for 8 so I jumped in the drive thru at 7:57 with two cars in front of me. Waited for about 15 minutes and watched the cars in front of me pull out without any food. I get to the window and gave them my name and he says “Yeah we are backed up there are 6 orders ahead of you” then walked away from the window. As the drive thru line grew behind me they asked me two more times for my name with no update. As they made the other orders and set them on the shelf by the window piling up. Around 8:50 I was finally given the food, 50 minutes after the “promised time” as it says on my receipt and not even a “sorry for the wait.” Something with this drive thru process needs to be changed. Why do I feel like the bad guy causing the drive thru line to be halted after getting to the window 20 minutes after my promised pickup time? Worst of all this might have been the worst looking bowl I have ever received from a chipotle. Again Chipotle proves they are inconsistent with their portions and is most of the time a waste of money.
