  The place was super messy, the employee making our food was super inconsistent and was super sloppy allowing foods to mix with other containers. He also wouldn’t talk loud and clear enough for anyone to hear him and had what appeared to be an attitude about having to work. The cashier was pleasant and our food was satisfactory ish.

  This has to be one of the worst Chipotle’s to visit if you don’t have at-least 45 minutes time to spare, don’t get me wrong the workers seem nice , but what goes through their mind when they see a line that goes around the store / out the door baffles me. They’ll have two people making food with a super long line then proceed to do random things as they’re making the food walk away multiple times then finally come back. I’ve visited this place probably over 15 times and each time it’s a long line because of how the line is ran. It’s not that they don’t have employees either because you can always see someone standing on the side waiting or mobile orders instead of helping out

  Ordered a kids quesadilla item. Was served a COLD tortilla with shredded cheese. Cashier asked me if I wanted it cooked. She remade it and heated it. Other items in kids meal not provided but was charged full amount. Server did not have hair pulled back. Food stations mixed and dirty. One person making food with easily 9-10 customers in line. One person scrubbing grill and one person sweeping. It was 940pm. Ladder out in front of soda machine. No napkins. Trash overflowing. No queso. No honey chicken. Terrible service and food quality and safety poor.

  I live out of town, whenever I come to Erie I visit this chipotle because it has always had the best prepared food, not this time. I can’t complain about it being busy because all GOOD food chains should be busy but I will complain about my food. I ordered a chicken (chipotle honey) burrito the chicken had absolutely ZERO FLAVOR the fajita veggies tasted burnt and there was an extreme overloaded of thenyand the pico was so watery (again with no flavor) that when he rolled up my burrito it was leaking out… which resulted in my burrito shell being soggy. I’m so disappointed and shocked it was this bad from this particular Chipotle. Please do better!!

  1/5 Stars - Absolutely terrible service, filthy store, and complete disorganization I had what was easily the single worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle location. Arriving at 11:10 AM, just 25 minutes after opening, you’d expect a fresh, clean store. Instead, it was a disaster from the second I walked up: Entry & Cleanliness: Two out of the three entrance doors were locked. Once inside, it was painfully clear that no one had bother to clean, not even during the closing shift the night before. Tables and chairs were dirty everywhere, the glass was filthy, and storage closets were left wide open directly blocking foot traffic to the restrooms. Customer Care & Bottlenecks: I waited at the counter for about five minutes while seven employees milled around. Only one employee was actually willing to help customers, but he refused to touch the register. None of the other six employees would step up to ring anyone out, leaving a massive line of customers literally standing at the register begging someone to check them out while staff completely ignored them. Dismissive Staff & Out-of-Stock Items: Every single employee was super dismissive. When I asked for the advertised lime sauce, I was told it wasn’t ready and would take 30 minutes to make. To top it off, the Diet Coke was completely out. Skimpy Portions: Despite the long wait, food assembly was subpar. Portions were noticeably tiny, they wouldn't even fill a full ladle of hot salsa. Restroom Disaster: To cap off the visit, I was handed the wrong bathroom code, and when I finally got inside, the restroom smelled strongly of puke. Management seriously needs to step in at this location. Opening a store in this state of filth and disorganization is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
