- SNSumner Nichols5 days ago2.0Stale chips, literally a day old. Ridiculously over salted chips. So many times. I don't know how this branch hasn't been corrected yet. Burritos are fine, people are fine, chips are consistently TERRIBLE. One good batch in five orders, I've been keeping track.
- LBL.J. BrinkJul 2, 20261.0I love chipotles food, but this location is terrible. The food tastes fine, but their training must be terrible. The portions are wayyyyy smaller than normal chipotles. I tested this over the course of the last 4 months as I don’t review a place negatively on one or two bad experiences. I went to the peach street location and harborcreek location as well as this one on 12th. Weighed the bowls all individually and 12th streets was nearly half the weight of the other locations. Weighed out 12 bowls all together (three from each all from different weeks and not a single outlier from any location). 12th street was consistently half the size as every other location. This was sparked originally from a 12th street employee giving me a 1/8 filled bowl (not counted into the testing as it would have been an outlier) several months ago. When I asked why it was so little she said that’s how much she was told to put in the bowls. I was not the only person complaining at that moment as well. I counted out 16 prices or rice in the bowl in total on an order that asked for extra rice! I will only go to peach street chipotle and harborcreek chipotle from now on as I recommend everyone else do. Unfortunately since it is several miles out of my way to go the other locations I only get chipotle a small fraction of the time now which is disappointing as it’s one of my favorite fast foods, but I’m not paying full price for half portions.

The ingredients taste fresh enough, and I like that I can customize exactly what goes into my meal. Sometimes the line gets a little long and the tables aren't always cleaned off as quickly as I would like, but it is a reliable choice when I am out and about. It's not the most amazing food I have ever had, but it definitely hits the spot when I am hungry and need something fast. Chipotle Mexican Grill
