- JMjennifer morris5 days ago1.0I recently visited Chipotle and had a very upsetting experience with the customer service I received. I ordered two chicken bowls and one kids meal. While placing my order, I clearly explained what I wanted. However, when it came to the kids meal, another employee came over and asked, “What does she want?” The employee helping me responded, “I don’t know what she wants,” while rolling her eyes. She was clearly frustrated, had an attitude toward me, and then passed me off to her coworker instead of continuing to help me respectfully. Because of how uncomfortable and disrespected I felt, I later called the restaurant to speak with a manager about what happened. The call was answered by someone named Candace, who stated she was the manager. When I began explaining the situation, she interrupted by saying, “Well, I’m here now,” and before I could finish explaining my concerns, the phone call was hung up on. I am extremely disappointed by how I was treated both in person and over the phone. No customer should be treated with disrespect, ignored, or dismissed this way. If this is how Chipotle handles customer concerns and treats patrons, it makes me seriously reconsider ever returning. I hope this issue is addressed so no one else has to experience this kind of treatment.
