  Food was good, employees were friendly. Chips were good and salty. Dining area was a little messy when we arrived, but they cleaned it while we were eating.

  Everyone stands and keeps talking to each other instead of serving customers, at least 6 people standing around looking clueless as a chrome just stands there waiting on lunch break

  They literally didn’t have any of the protein ready. Said it was gonna be a 30 minute wait. Which I was fine with just got a veggie bowl. But then when I went to check out, I asked for a bag of chips which I could clearly see they had quite a few bags available. And they told me I couldn’t have any. They were only for mobile orders at this time. On the mobile app I’m rated in the top 2% in the state with all the orders I get for myself and my employees. Kind of disappointed today. I guess I’ll be looking for new options in the future.

  Went in on 8/20 for the Buy One Get One deal and it was a nightmare. The staff informed us that they didn’t know until about the deal (and the rush that would come with it) until 2 days beforehand. Everyone in the kitchen seemed stressed and unhappy because they had no way of knowing that they needed to prepare for this event and they were definitely understaffed. They also did not have the right amount of inventory prepared to handle this kind of event. Even with these circumstances, they were able to deliver great food. Hoping for better communication to these workers in the future from upper management so they can properly prepare!

  The woman making my food was insanely rude. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience with this specific woman. First time we went in there she was very rude and harsh to her employees even saying to a trainee “don’t ask me questions and get out of my way”. I’m unsure of how she is still employed. This time around we went back in because both of my tacos were wrapped in the same tortilla making it appear to be just one. Upon going in we were very polite explaining how we only got one taco and she said “if you would open it up and look at it there’s two in there. I swear to God there’s two in there” i proceeded to open it up and show her. She then grabbed it out of my hands and opened it up revealing the second taco inside of the first. She then proceeded to angrily throw it out and exclaim “I have to remake it anyway but there were two in there”. As a Manager at a fast food place that’s no way to treat your customers no matter the situation. I’m highly disappointed and upset knowing this employees and customers. The dude at the register was chill though apologizing for her spazzing out and treating us like crap.
