In placing my order for a Tray of nuggets, I mentioned both a trip to Erie for a wake as well as my grand daughters 5th birthday. Her kindness both on the telephone and upon pickup was above and beyond ! My grand daughter was thrilled with a cow complete with a pink hat, sticker and card signed by staff. I was touched with a card of sympathy signed by the staff. Iam from Ohio and will never forget the professionalism and true kindness I received. I will be frequenting this location each time I visit Erie
