  I’ve had mixed experiences here, but generally, the consistency has been lacking. While the roast beef can be good when it's fresh, I've run into issues with orders being incorrect or missing items like sauces and napkins, which really impacts the overall meal. The service speed and food temperature can also be hit-or-miss depending on when you visit. It's a convenient option if you're craving a quick sandwich, but I find that the attention to detail often falls short.

  Won't allow bikes through the drive through. With the amount of bikes, no less E-bikes like mine, that get stolen in downtown Erie, it is a stupid rule. I refuse to eat there or anywhere else that has this rule due to how quickly bikes get stolen in the area, even if they get locked up.

  So I pull into the drive through on my E Bike, as I have many times before. I went to this location specifically because the drive through lane doesn't wrap around the building. They can see you from the drive through window. And they completely ignore me. After about 5 minutes of them screwing around in the store, I finally pulled up to the drive through window to see what the problem is. And then the women inside proceeded to tell me they can't serve me because I'm on a bike! It's the most asinine thing I've ever heard. A store that refuses to serve customers. I WAS a frequent customer. I live 8 blocks away. I will certainly never patronize this business ever again and will encourage others to not patronize this location as well.
