  I'm pretty disappointed with my experience here today. I stopped in for a quick lunch, but the wait was surprisingly long, and the dining area wasn't as clean as it should have been. When I finally got my food, the sandwich felt like it had been sitting out for a while, and the fries were cold and limp. I usually enjoy Arby's, but this visit was definitely a letdown.

  Observed employee's not wearing gloves, while handling food. Reported to the manager his excuse was the employees are new. He talked to the employees, as we were leaving they were still handing food without gloves. They were also talking about us, behind the counter, because I complained about the handing of the food. No respect for the consumer. I will never patronize this establishment again. I will also tell my friends and family.

  The staff was not versed in proper food safety even when it was pointed out it continued. Wash your hands and put on clean gloves. They touched raw product and never washed or even wore gloves. The manager was told and made excuses and it still continued We also got cat called by the staff.
