  I tend to frequent Arby's when I am out traveling and lunch/suppertime is approaching and i am never disappointed! I received prompt and courteous service in the drive-thru. The employee taking my order was very easy to hear and understand. They had a very positive and energetic disposition and I could "see" their smile through the box. They made sure that my order was correct, and when I reached the window they were smiling and positive! They provided stellar service! My mom was the district manager for Arby's in the 90s and the State Street store was her "primary". She would be proud to see that the standards she set for the staff are still being followed today!

  Ordered 2 meals in the drive thru, they made us pull forward and wait 15 minutes to wait for a "fresh burger" even though the place was a ghost town. All food was ice cold including the fries and the "fresh burger" and just tasted old and gross 🙄 ...We dont eat out much anymore and now we remember why lol. We live right around the corner but we Won't be back.

  Food comes out pefect and fast. And we love the people at the window speiacally the 2 ladies ones young others older

  Omg I've been craving Arby's roast beef sliders 😋 I order 2 of them and a medium jamoca shake muah 💋 chef's kiss 😘 lol
