  I must say that I have never been more impressed with my life by a fast food worker. The man's name, who was running the orders out to the drive through was Dominic. I heard one of the other employees say his name as they gave him an order to take outside. This gentleman was working so speedily, I could tell he was truly doing his best to work quickly and efficiently. I hope they know what a valuable employee he is! As I walked out he was even holding the door, waiting patiently for an elderly man to go inside. The food was also fresh and delicious. But what really impressed me was Dominic!

  Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered on my mobile app, went inside to get my order, I gave the man at the counter the number for my order and his exact words were, "That number is an order to be picked up at the drive through, why are you picking up the order inside?" I said I am sorry, I did not pay attention when I ordered but I am eating in the dining room. He rolled his eyes, mumbled something I couldn't hear. I told him if it is this much trouble, I will go through the drive through to get my order and come back inside to eat. He walked to the back, talking to an employee, the employee was cursing, dropping the f bomb among other curse words. I canceled my order on the app and left. This was my first and last time I have been to the Ephrata, Pennsylvania McDonald's. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and I will not come back to this location.

  Waited 10 Minutes in the drive through line. Then they forgot half our food and didn’t give us straws.
