- DVDarril VilbrunOct 6, 20261.0My experience at this specific location was so horrible that I am writing this review weeks after being subjected to the atrocious treatment the staff here call customer service. I feel that this location being a drive thru only one emboldened the employees to be rude and disrespectful to customers. I placed my order over the speaker box and when I pulled up to the widow, I received the wrong order. When I let them know, they asked my what I ordered. It confused me because I paid for my order in the same window I received it and my receipt had the right items listed. I told them my order again and by this point I had talked to three different people. For some reason they would just walk away and come back with only a portion of my order. I only got $10 worth of food so this was definitely annoying and the attitude being thrown my way when each person was confused about why I was still in their drive way after being handed only part of my order pissed me off. When the final item was handed to me, I was told to move along like I was the reason my order was wrong in the first place... to top it off, one guy leaned out the drive thru window and yelled an expletive after I pulled off. Unfortunately, that's when I realized I couldn't go inside and deal with this face to face.

- MMMatt MyersAug 29, 20261.0I'd give zero stars if it were possible. I pull through this drive-thru at least 1 to 2 times every week and today the service was about as bad as it could get. I ordered a large hot decaffeinated coffee with cream. When she came to the window with my order. It was very clear that that coffee was not hot at all cuz I lifted the lid even just from the feel of the cup I knew it wasn't hot. I took one sip of it and told the person at the window that it wasn't hot at all. It was barely lukewarm. She said she would have to brew more and she walked away and I pulled forward into the front lot. I waited over 10 minutes and no one brought a coffee out to me like they would usually do. So I walked up to the service window and the girl presumably the same one acted like she had no idea as to why I was there. And I said is that decaffeinated coffee ready? She then asked me what I got in it and I told her cream and she came back with what appeared to be a medium-sized cup I said, Are you sure this is a medium? She said yeah. I said that looks like a medium sized cup. All she did was bring me back another medium sized cup and said this is a large. I know better than that. I've ordered from this drive-thru many times before and this is going to be the last absolutely terrible service. Absolutely poor attitude. I know food service sucks, but I've done it in the past too. And no matter how put upon you are about serving a customer, you always put the customer first. I'm never going to another Dunkin.
