  I have been going to this Dunkin for a good while now and the service has literally never gotten better. Sometimes when you go ans the high school morning crew is there on weekends it is really great service and smiling faces, but the middle aged women at this establishment need to either take classes in customer service or learn to mask their attitudes. More often than not you are met with an extremely rude tone while ordering/paying, and they almost always mess up your order. With the orders there, they will not acknowledge that they messed up and try to pin their mistake onto the customer (denying that they ordered a certain item, lying about using certain products in drinks). I am significantly younger than the miserable women working there and even I know how to exhibit good customer service; regardless of if I am having a less than desired day. After too many times of experiences the very low knowledge of what good customer service looks like, I will not be taking my business to this establishment anymore. I know that by one singular person not ordering from this Dunkin any longer will not make a difference, but if this behavior keeps up I'm sure they'll lose a lot more than just one; especially based off of the other similar reviews that I have read. Save your time and try somewhere else if you wish to have a friendly coffee run.

  They were willing to take my order over the phone which I preferred and on short notice on a busy day. The line to the pick up window moved quickly They had it waiting for me when I picked it up.

  Customer service is awful. They will tell you to move through the drive through after you order yet they will tell you they don't have the items you just paid for and ask you to wait in a parking spot... AND FORGET ABOUT YOU. me and my husband waited almost 20 minutes before he stepped inside and they told him that they actually didn't even have any more donuts that we paid for and they gave him an English muffin instead of a bagel for his sandwich. DO NOT GO HERE.
