  Food was great 👍 but I didn't like the Mac and Cheese is was nothing like the one in the picture

  I'm not sure what's been going on here, but the quality has gone really down hill. There have been 2 visits prior where they have forgotten stuff in our order (one time was fries, one time was chicken tenders), but tonight (7/16) was something else... had placed a mobile order, and when we got there, there were 2 people waiting in the drive through, and they must've been waiting quite some time, cause the one ended up leaving and we were sitting in the drive thru for maybe 20 minutes. After we got to the ordering area, the one guy profusely apologized and made us wait for maybe 5 minutes, then another woman got on and said she'd be right with us and had us waiting for a few more minutes until she came back on and had an attitude when we said we had a mobile order...we finally got our order, miraculously everything was in it, but the one curly fries looked like I got the very ends of the basket or something, they forgot my honey mustard dipping sauce, AND the dr.pepper tasted like soap, not to mention that it also tastes like it's basically almost out of syrup every time I go in I'm not sure what's going on, they didn't appear that busy inside when I looked inside thru the drive through, and they didn't appear to have many orders, or if it's simply a staffing issue...but something needs to change...

  Roast beef tastes of salt. Mmm. Worker called my friend “love”, that was nice. My friend Nate is socially stranger and the workers were fine with it. My other friend used the bathroom, Nate did too. Loud flush scared Nate! Other friend does not feel that the bathroom was satisfactory, but it did have a sink! I liked the fries.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Girl at the counter name is Lynn she kept wiping her nose on the back of her hands, she then proceeded to reach behind to scratch her butt then continued to wipe her nose on her hands. She was so rude and she was glaring at the customers as they came in the door. If you want someone with this type of attitude, and disgusting behavior handling your food, change and taking your orders then Arby’s is the place to go. Do better Arby’s.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. The girl at the counter her name was Lynn she was so incredibly rude and foul. She kept wiping her nose on her hand and reaching to scratch her butt and wiped her nose on her hand again. If you want someone so repulsive taking your order, handling your money as well as packaging your order, this is the place to go. Do better Arbys.
