I get fast food maybe once a year or 2. It's very rare for me, but I work in the plaza and wanted something quick. As I was waiting for my food, I overheard what I assumed were 2 manager/supervisor/team leads discussing the cleanliness of the soda machines. Number 1, gross that you are doing that in front of a customer; but then they brought over one of their team members and started berating her right in front of me. As a manager, if I have something to discuss with one of my employees, I take them somewhere private where other people cannot hear the discussion. I can't even imagine how embarrassed she was. As she was walking away to get cleaning material, the 2 older women started talking about her behind her back saying "she's probably going to the closest to cry" and some other extremely harsh things.
You're not going to lose money from me because I'm not a regular and really don't give you my business anyway, but that is absolutely NO way to treat a team member. I know it's fast food and the employment is typically for people just starting out or retirees or people needing help finding a job, but as a team lead, the 2 older women should not be treating their team that way.
As it started getting longer waiting for my food, I finally looked on the counter and realized that my food had been put there several minutes prior. Nobody called my number, and I saw someone looking at the bag, so I assumed it wasn't mine. That was another negative in my book.
Again, you won't be losing money from me, but hopefully others see this review and learn from their mistakes.

Breakfast is ok, lunch/dinner are terrible and have been for years. Consistently somehow undercooks the food in a place that cooks by automated timers. Want a box of wet, floppy fries? This place got you. Want your burgers to be a lighter shade of gray than before they were cooked? No worries, they don’t brown meat here. Wanna roll the dice and see if you get bacon that is crispy or completely limp? At least that one is 50/50 unlike everything else which is a guaranteed disappointment. I’m not sure who is in charge of setting up the timer standards as it must be location to location and not a norm across all McDonald’s, cuz this is the worst McDonald’s in the area. No other McDonald’s I’ve been to seems to struggle with the concept of cooking French fries. So either this one just has the worst equipment around, or whoever makes the call on how long the food should be cooked has no idea how bad their individual taste is if they think this is acceptable and should be ashamed

Out of all the fast-food options in the area, this is hands down the only local McDonald's that consistently gets my order right every single time. Anyone who eats fast food knows how frustrating it is to get all the way home only to realize your requests were ignored or half your meal is missing. That never happens here. Whether I am ordering a burger or a meal, the food is always fresh, hot, and exactly what I asked for.
The employees at this location deserve a huge amount of credit. They are incredibly kind, polite, and professional, which is a refreshing change of pace for a stressful fast-food environment. They always greet you with a genuine smile and work seamlessly as a team to get the line of cars in their drive-thru moving at an impressive pace.
Even during the peak breakfast and lunch rushes when the line wraps around the building, I rarely have to sit and wait for anything here. They have mastered the art of efficiency. On top of the stellar service, the building is always clean, well-maintained, and inviting, from the pristine parking lot to the spotless interior lobby. The management and staff clearly take immense pride in their work, making this location my absolute go-to spot. Highly recommended!
